Arrest made in Highway 160 homicide

The Sacramento Police Department has arrested Chema Strawther for the murder of 37-year-old Ahmed Ishaque. On Saturday, September 17, 2011, at 6:05 a.m., officers were called to the area of Northgate Boulevard and Highway 160 where a male appeared to need medical attention.
