There will be a pet adoption event on Saturday, October 1 from 10am – 12pm at the Robertson Community Center (3525 Norwood Ave).

Five cats (two adults and three kittens) were abandoned at Robertson Park and are in need of a good home. Other cats from the City’s animal shelter will also be available for adoption, and staff and volunteers from the City’s Animal Services Department will be there to answer questions about the animals and to provide information to current pet owners.

The event is sponsored by Councilmember Sandy Sheedy.
