The North Area Neighborhood Leaders Meeting takes place tomorrow night at 6:30pm at the Kinney Police Station at 3550 Marysville Blvd.

Sacramento Police Dept. Captain Jim Maccoun is expected to be on hand, along with a discussion of how SPD’s Air Operations works and responds to crime.
