Woman leaves child with homeless woman

Silvia Marcial was arrested after she left her one-year old baby with a homeless woman near the La Superior market in Northgate. Marcial called police at 5pm saying her child was kidnapped. The homeless woman flagged down police as they began their search. Marcial was arrested for child endangerment.
