UPDATE: The suspect, Tyrone Smith, was apprehended last night near Branch Street.

A suspect has been identified in today’s shooting of a Twin Rivers PD officer.

Sacramento Police are looking for Tyrone Smith, 32, in connection with the shooting. Smith is described as 5 feet 11 inches with a heavy build.
