Television signals will switch from analog to digital on February 17th, 2009. This will not affect those using cable or satellite services such as Comcast, DirectTV, or DISH; however, it will affect those using rabbit ears on their TVs.
The City of Sacramento Neighborhood Services Department will hold an event to assist with the online application for a TV Converter box discount coupon. The event will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2009 from 10am-12:30pm at the South Natomas Community Center.
