Grant Pacer’s Football Coach Mike Alberghini has been named the MaxPreps National Coach of the Year.

Alberghini has compiled 192-32-1 record at Grant since 1991. In late 2008, he led the Grant Pacers to an upset victory over the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits in the CIF Championship.
