The Sacramento City Council will discuss the proposed budgets of the police and fire departments at two separate meetings today.

The first is a workshop discussing the proposed budget for the fire department, followed by an innovation and efficiency study. The meeting takes place at 2:00pm in Council Chambers at New City Hall.

The proposed budget report for the police department will be discussed at tonight’s regular City Council Meeting at 6:00pm, also at New City Hall.
