The North Sacramento Chamber of Commerce will host its 21st Annual Tree Lighting tomorrow evening at 5:30pm at Iceland Ice Skating Arena. 

Visitors will enjoy cookies and hot chocolate with Santa along with free ice skating. Children will also receive free goodie bags.
