The Sacramento Bee is reporting a deal has been reached between Iceland’s ownership, city staff, and Councilmember Sandy Sheedy regarding its restoration.

According to the Bee, ownership will be required to present city building officials every November with the progress being made on fundraising and construction of anew roof for the building.

The item still has to be voted on on at tonight’s 6pm Council Meeting.
