Starting next week, Main Avenue between Norwood Avenue and Rio Linda Boulevard will be closd to through traffic so the City’s Department of Utilities can install a new water transmission main.

The closure begins Wednesday, August 18th and runs through Friday, September 17th. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.

The installation is expected to improve the reliability of water supply.
