The stage is set for Sacramentans to determine whether or not they would like a strong-mayor. The question is when they will get a chance to say yea or nae.
Last week, the Sacramento strong-mayor initiative qualified for the ballot. It will be discussed tomorrow night at City Council and one of the major sticky points is weather the initiative should be placed on the 2010 ballot or 2012 ballot, when Mayor Kevin Johnson is up for reelection.

This matter, along with others, will be discussed at tomorrow night’s City Council Meeting starting at 6pm.
