The arts come to the North Sac area this weekend with the Town & Country Art Fiesta (Saturday & Sunday) and “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” (Tonight and Saturday). The Art Fiesta will take place at Town & Country Village, and “Hedwig” plays at the Artisan Theatre.
