The “It Takes A Village” Community Fair takes place this Saturday, June 11th at the North Sacramento United Methodist Church.

The free event will showcase the strengths of the North Sacramento community and will include live music, art activities for all ages, fun children’s activities, face painting, networking of community resources, health screening, and blood donations.

Visitors can also obtain information about becoming a foster parent, emancipating foster youth, and other resources for healthy families.

Sponsors of the event include Sacramento News and Review, Bread of Life, Mercey Springs, CTD Dreambuilders, and Foster Family Services. 

The fair runs from 11am – 3pm.
