The 14th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival takes place tomorrow in Old Sacramento.

The free event runs from noon to 6pm (parade starts at 1pm) with a performance stage and beer garden set up in Waterfront Park. Arts & Crafts and kids activities will also be on hand.

All Old Sacramento streets will be closed from noon to 3pm.
