Learn how to run an effective youth program at tomorrow night’s “Addressing ‘Thug Life'” seminar at the Robertson Community Center.

This free workshop, geared towards educating and increasing awareness about the issues and mentality that plague youth involved in gang violence, looks to demonstrate how to engage at-risk youth and guide them toward positive change. The workshop is open to all youth stakeholder, primarily faith leaders, youth ministers, teachers, community based organizations, parents, neighborhood leaders, etc.

The workshop begins at 6:30pm and is sponsored by the Faith Leaders Initiative and the City of Sacramento’s Department of Neighborhood Services, in partnership with the Office of Youth Development.
