The City of Sacramento’s Animal Shelter became a thorny subject at last night’s City Council Meeting, particularly the shelter’s hours of operation and it’s location.
The shelter is located on 2127 Front Street near the California Auto Museum.
According to the website, the shelter’s current hours of operation are Tuesday-Friday (11am-6pm) and Saturday (10am-4pm); closed Sunday and Monday. These hours are slated to change on February 27 to Tuesday-Friday (12pm-5:30pm), and Saturday (11am-5pm); closed Sunday and Monday.
