Theresa Harper has also been arrested for the death of her 22-month-old son. This is after police arrested Paul Harper earlier today.
According to Sgt. Norm Leong of the Sacramento Police Department, Theresa was aware of the continued “pattern of abuse” her husband inflicted on the child but failed to report it.
Police called county CPS to take another child in the home into protective custody.
