Capital City Black Expo ’09

Today was the opening of this year’s Capital City Black Expo at the Sacramento Convention Center. The expo is scheduled to have many speakers, seminars, and concerts, and exhibitors spread out in multiple pavilions. The expo is scheduled to run through Sunday.
