05/19/11 (Thurs) / 0207 hrs
Location: 3000 Altos Ave (2B)
The victim had met the suspects at Thunder Valley Casino and had given the suspects a ride home. Once at the address the suspects exited the vehicle, S#1 was going to go write down directions for the victim to get back to the freeway. The victim did not see if the suspects walked into an apartment or where they went. When S#1 came back out she was on the other side of the fence and told the victim to come get the directions. The victim exited the vehicle and approached the fence. S#3 and S#4 then approached the victim. S#3 was holding a gun at the victim stomach and demanded his wallet and keys. The victim asked the suspects not to take his vehicle. S#3 threw the keys and then all four suspects ran from the scene.

The victim had made contact with the suspect through a Craigslist ad to buy a TV. When the victim met the suspect, the suspect showed the victim the TV and that it worked. The victim then went to get cash for the TV. When the victim returned, the suspect entered the vehicle pointed a gun at the victim demanded the money. Once the victim gave the money to the suspect, the suspect told the victim to leave the area and don’t come back. The victim left.

Location: 1300 Dixieanne Ave (2C)
The victim was returning to his vehicle at the Swanston Light Rail Station. As the victim approached his vehicle he tried to unlock the door but realized it was already unlocked. The victim observed the suspect in his backseat. As the victim realized the suspect was not just sleeping in the back seat the suspect put a mask on his face and exited the vehicle. The suspect then told the victim to give him his keys and wallet. The victim did, the suspect entered the vehicle and drove off.
Vehicle has not been recovered yet.
Suspect Info: MBA, mid 20’s, 5’9”, 150 lbs and was wearing a dark baseball cap, white t-shirt, dark jeans, and dark tennis shoes.
