Assemblymember Roger Dickinson will be speaking at tomorrow night’s Hagginwood Community Association meeting. Dickinson will discuss sewer rate hikes and his legislation of AB134 (Recycle Water Authority), which recently passed the State Assembly on a bi-partisan vote. The meeting takes place tomorrow evening at 6pm at the Kinney Police Station.
