Iceland Skating Rink fire ruled an arson

The fire that destroyed Iceland Skating Rink has been ruled an arson, according to the Sacramento Fire Department. Though the car fire behind the rink was also deliberately set, it remains unclear whether the two fires are connected. The Iceland Skating Rink facility was not insured.
