Driving while high

The states of Washington and Colorado recently legalized marijuana and as legislators in both states deal with potential regulations, one question remains at the forefront: how high is too high to drive?

Washington TV station KIRO decided to put that to the test by assembling a group of volunteers, having them smoke some marijuana (classified as "blueberry train wreck"), and taking them on a driving test course.
