Twin Rivers officials meet with community in effort to find new superintendent

Officials from the Twin Rivers Unified School District met with community members at Grant High School in an effort to find a new superintendent.

The goal was to gather input from community members, but officials got more than they bargained for. Some members wanted answers to questions not pertaining to the search for a superintendent, agitating both TRUSD Board Members and community members.
Community members were still able to provide input on the superintendent search. One individual went so far as to provide a typed list of concerns.
Another meeting was held at 2:30 p.m. at Rio Linda High School later in the day.
Officials plan to meet with the community again next Saturday, January 19 at Highlands High School (12 p.m.) and at Foothill High School (2:30 p.m.).
