Police activity zeros in on East Del Paso Heights

The North Sac Crime Activity Log is out and it shows much of the recorded activity performed by the Sacramento Police Department took place in East Del Paso Heights.

Police were able to perform routine duties to what would be seen in an action movie. These activities include:
  • September 18: Officers observed a subject running across I-80 near Winters Ave. They made contact and it was determined he was a suspect in a burglary occurring where he was seen coming from.
  • September 18: Officers were hailed by a female victim along Grand Ave regarding a domestic violence incident. 
  • September 20: Officers conducted a traffic stop and found a load gun. One of the two occupants was arrested a booked into jail without incident.
  • September 22: Officers arrested an individual on an outstanding warrant.
  • September 22: Officers assisted the Sacramento Fire Department with road closures. A private company accidently hit an in-ground gas line with a blade causing a gas leak. One home was evacuated as a precaution. No injuries were reported.
