Award-winning author Carleen Brice will visit the Del Paso Heights Library next Saturday, September 29 from 2:00pm – 3:00pm.

Brice is the author of “Orange, Mint, and Honey“, which was made into the NAACP Image Award-winning Lifetime TV move “Sins of the Mother” staring Jill Scott and Nicole Beharie.

Brice has authored other books and is the winner of the Breakout Author of the Year Award from the African American Literary Awards Show and the First Novel Award from the Black Caucus of the American Library Association.
