The American GI Forum of California will host the screening of the award winning documentary film, The Longoria Affair and its writer/director/producer John J. Valadez at 6pm tomorrow at The Artisan on Del Paso Blvd.

The film won the “IMAGEN” award was a 2011 Emmy Nominee for Best News Documentary.

The screening is serving as a fundraiser for the American GI Forum of California, Civil Rights Legal Defense Fund. The fund is used to offset the legal costs incurred to seek and protect the rights of veterans from discrimination and ensure fair treatment and access to benefits.

Tickets are $12 per person and include the pre-screening reception to meet and talk to John J. Valadez.
