Enotria Restaurant & Wine Bar celebrates Beer Week

Enotria Restaurant & Wine Bar has released a special menu to celebrate Sacramento Beer Week.

The menu features three draft beers paired with three sliders:

  • Salmon Slider with grilled corn, micro herbs, and green goddess sauce; served with Delerium Tremens.
  • Wagyu Beef Slider with onion marmalade, blue cheese, and mustard aioli; served with Mammoth Mountain Epic IPA
  • Moroccan Spiced Lamb Slider with micro cilantro and orange roasted garlic aioli; served with Sudwerks Dopple Boch.
Sacramento Beer Week begins today and runs until March 4, 2011.
