The McDonald’s at 3950 Truxel Rd is teaming up with Orchard Elementary School for “McTeacher’s Night”, running tonight from 4:00pm to 7:30pm.

This special evening gives Orchard Elementary School the chance to raise funds for programs, equipment or other special projects when teachers spend the evening working at McDonald’s. Owner Fred Hawkins has worked with Orchard Elementary over the last month to ensure that students, parents and other school supporters will come together at McDonald’s to help raise funds for the school.

As part of the fun, local school teachers and administrators will be working behind the counter. A portion of the total sales from the event will go to Orchard Elementary School.
