The Sacramento Police Department is asking for your help in locating the vehicle that killed a 4 year old boy yesterday morning near Smythe Elementary.

The suspect vehicle is described as a 1995-1997 Nissan Maxima, dark red or burgundy with a black tinted rear window. Detectives believe that there may be minimal if any damage to the front of the vehicle. The above photo is of the possible suspect vehicle that was captured on a surveillance video south of the accident location.
