Workers on the Bay Bridge found a crack on Saturday that could jeopardize the bridge’s Tuesday 5am opening.

Crews have already begun making repairs on the crack, but there’s no word on when work will be completed. Crews have maneuvered the new section of the bridge into place and will now work to attach it to the existing sections of the bridge, hook up utilities, and smooth the roadway.
